Four best exercises that helps in loseing belly fat.If you are wanting to lose all of your belly fat just and starving or maintaining a diet, you are not being entirely just to your body.Or if you think that  just eating less you can get slimmer then you mistook a little .Today we are going to talk about four effective and easy exercise that you can do and within two months you can notice a difference in your size. This is more easy than  skipping meals every day, as by starvation you donot get slimmer rather you loose your energy . So eat as much as your body needs and just do 3 sets of these three different exercises in order to reduce that extra belly fat and to get the waistline that you have always dreamt of.

1.Crunches 

Nothing burns stomach fat easier than crunches. Crunches, according to some fitness experts, occupy the top rank among fat-burning exercises. It is high time you start including crunches exercises to your daily routine.


Direction 

Start by lying down flat with your knees bent and your feet on the ground. Lift your hands and then place them behind the head. You can also keep them crossed on the chest. Inhale deeply. As you lift the upper torso off the floor, you should exhale. Again inhale when you get back down and then exhale as you come up.

If you are a beginner, start doing crunches 10 times per half sec

2.Side Crunches 

This is almost the same as the twist crunch routine. The only thing you must do is to tilt your legs to the same side with your shoulders simultaneously. The side crunch focuses more on the muscles on your sides.


Aim for two to three sets of side crunches (10 times per set) every day if you are a beginner

3.Vertical crunches 

Lie flat on the mat or on the floor with legs extended upwards towards the ceiling and then one knee that is crossed over the other. Breathe in and then lift the upper body towards the pelvis. Breathe out slowly. Do about 12-16 crunches for two to three sets.

4.Reverse Crunches

You would notice that losing belly fat involves a lot of crunches and crunch variations. Now it is high time you do reverse crunches. Like the other crunch exercises, reverse crunches are another good exercise to lose belly fat, especially for women.


Direction

Note. Crunches donot burn your fat but strengthen your body tightly due to which pressure exerts on your belly and due to the contraction and relaxation of area of belly sweat releases and all fats melts due to sweating
