Vegetables should be the bulk of your food wheather you eat meat or not but everyone should eat vegetables to remain healthy .The point is our organ need some nutrition to function properly and vegetables mostly are the main source of nutrition.Vegetables are loaded with vitamins,fibres and if you don't eat vegetables you will never be satisfied with your food .Eating full of nutrition vegetables makes you free from the stress of counting calories because you can get so much fibre and vitamins from these vegetables that you feel full from inside.

White flour 

White flour empty of calaories that means that they give you only the delicious taste and harm your body. The product made of white flour instantly spike your body weight and sometimes these foods are get stored in our body as fat ,You should decrease the use of these processed white flour products in your diet

Whole grains can be the part of your diet but remember that the whole grain you choose should be minimally processed you can take Millets, barely, brown rice these are good examples of healthy whole grains because these are the good source of fibres minerals and energy and also provide good nutrition.The advantage of these foods are these are very easy to cook just in one or two steps that it and you are done 

Dairy products 

Dairy products are always in controversy weather to eat these products or not to eat ,Dairy products are very common for weight gain, acne, inactive body but if you want to eat dairy products then then try to get milk or dairy products if the cow who are feed by grass, the grass fed cows or animals have very nutritious milk that contains fiber calcium and protiene .Donot use full fat milk in your diet try to include tonned milk instead of full fat milk


Legumes are good sources of protiens ,vitamin B, and others nutrition and can be a part of your diet and if you use these legumes after soaking then it can improve your digestion .legumes are not only good for body but these are also very effective for your hairs and glowing skin so try to include legumes in your diet if you have included
